Soldering of connectors, strands and wires - Reliable brazed joints in theory and practice
The general training course is based on IPC 7711 / 7721 & 610 and subdivided into 3 blocks:
- Basics of soldering
- Cable assembly, assessment criteria and acceptance conditions according to internationally recognised standards (IPC 610)
- Practical soldering exercises on connectors, solder terminals (pins), soldering lugs and surfaces (IPC 7711), or on material provided by the customer, including assessment of soldering results (IPC 610)
- Written test (successful candidates will receive the Weller University Certificate)
Training courses can be held on our premises. If seven or more participants enrol, we will be happy to come to your location.

Each participant will receive detailed Weller course materials.
Number of participants
For seminars to be conducted, there must be at least five participants. To ensure that proper supervision is provided, however, the number of participants should not exceed ten.
One-day seminar (from 9:00 hours until 16:00 hours): €220.00 per participant
The seminar fee includes expendable items, training materials and soldering tips used during the seminar, as well as catering during breaks and lunch.
