Weller COVID-19 - Message to customers

A Mes­sage from our CEO Jim Roberts

In this time when our fam­i­lies, busi­ness and com­mu­ni­ties around the world are re­spond­ing to un­prece­dented changes in our daily lives, I want to relay what we are doing to help pro­tect the health of our as­so­ci­ates.

ATG has taken steps to keep our work­force safe, en­sure im­por­tant ben­e­fits con­tin­u­a­tion if they must be away from work, and slow the po­ten­tial spread of COVID-19 in our fa­cil­i­ties.

These ac­tions in­clude:

  • De­ploy­ing im­por­tant health in­for­ma­tion to our as­so­ci­ates to help them and their fam­i­lies re­main safe.
  • Ask­ing as­so­ci­ates to work from home if their role al­lows, stag­ger­ing shifts and breaks in our plants and dis­tri­b­u­tion cen­ters, and re­strict­ing all non-es­sen­tial busi­ness travel.
  • Prepar­ing site lead­ers on ac­tions to take for symp­to­matic as well as di­ag­nosed as­so­ci­ates, and train­ing them on how to pre­vent COVID-19 spread at our man­u­fac­tur­ing sites, DCs and of­fices.

Many of our fa­cil­i­ties man­u­fac­ture and sup­ply prod­ucts that sup­port es­sen­tial end mar­kets like health­care, food and bev­er­age, trans­porta­tion and na­tional de­fense. In these areas of busi­ness crit­i­cal con­ti­nu­ity, we will re­main open.

As we nav­i­gate the chal­lenges of this global emer­gency, we ap­pre­ci­ate the flex­i­bil­ity and trust of our as­so­ci­ates, cus­tomers and sup­plier part­ners. On be­half of the en­tire ATG team, I want to ex­press our grat­i­tude for the health­care work­ers and first re­spon­ders who are on the front lines of bat­tling this in­vis­i­ble enemy.
