WXHotAir is Weller’s high end and high power hot air rework module designed for demanding applications requiring controlled high power performance and stable thermal behavior. Delivering up to 900 W of precisely controlled hot air, it enables reliable heat transfer for complex boards and high copper PCBs while maintaining process stability.
Designed for professional electronics development and production environments, WXHotAir delivers high power rework performance either as a standalone solution or integrated into the modular WXsmart platform.
Integrated vacuum handling, thermocouple-based temperature monitoring and intelligent thermal protection ensure safe, repeatable and traceable rework processes.

Two vacuum pick-up options:
1. The integrated vacuum in the handpiece enables components to be picked up directly during the reflow process, with no additional accessories required.
2. An external vacuum is integrated into the station for picking up components using either the WVP vacuum pipette or the WRK reflow set. -
