Radon Extraction Unit 230V
Radon Extraction Unit 230V
Important for installation:
NOTE! Pipework is not included.
Installation of a radon extraction system requires good knowledge of construction and civil engineering as well as knowledge of how to evacuate air under buildings.
Installation of radon extraction and piping should be in heated spaces to reduce possible damage due to condensation.
The radon extraction unit must be placed on a stable and solid part of the building. Avoid mounting adjacent to bedrooms so as to avoid possible acoustic resonance in the building.
The transformer must also be placed on a stable surface.
The radon extraction unit’s exhaust from the building must be placed so that interference to surroundings is minimized, e.g. no exhaust air under the wooden deck to the patio.
Electrical connection of the radon extraction unit must be carried out by a person with the necessary knowledge of electrical installations.
The transformer contains a fuse. Mount the transformer such that the fuse is accessible.
