Les fers à souder Smart RT, avec leur design ergonomique en forme de crayon, tiennent parfaitement dans les mains de l'opérateur, offrant une précision pour les petites applications de brasage sous le microscope. Ils sont également parfaits pour les microcomposants, les composants standard et de grande taille, ainsi que pour les applications lourdes, couvrant ainsi la plus large gamme d'applications pour l'électronique, les dispositifs médicaux, la technologie des capteurs, l'aérospatiale, l'automobile et l'armée.

Ces fers à souder utilisent stratégiquement la technologie de pointe active (cartouche) de Weller pour un transfert de chaleur optimisé et une puissance maximale avec des performances de 40W (WXMPS) et 150W (WXUPS), ce qui en fait la solution parfaite pour presque toutes les applications pour les tailles de composants XS (très petits) à L (composants plus grands). Le temps de chauffe rapide permet un excellent transfert de chaleur et un temps de récupération pendant le processus de brasage, ce qui garantit les meilleures performances de sa catégorie. La courte distance entre la pointe et la poignée permet un travail précis.

For these soldering stations we recommend WXPP MS, WXMP MS and WXUP MS soldering irons.

The Smart RT soldering irons WXMPS MS and WXUPS MS utilize Weller’s Active Tip Heating Technology. In this design, the heating element is integrated directly into the tip, enabling fast heat-up times and highly precise temperature control.

Compared to conventional heating systems, this technology minimizes thermal losses and ensures efficient heat transfer directly at the solder joint, even under demanding conditions or high thermal loads. Active Tip Heating Technology is also used in other Weller soldering tools, such as RT-based soldering irons like WXPP MS, WXMP MS, WXUP MS or WMRP and WTMP MS, which follow the same principle of integrating the heating element into the tip to achieve maximum performance.

RTPS tips are designed for nano applications, while RTMS tips are used for micro applications. The WXUPS MS is compatible with RTUS MS soldering tips, which are designed for ultra applications. All these tip families are part of the MS (Military Standard) system and feature an electrically isolated design.
